Ridgeview is great |Recommended: YesThat the staff are all very friendly and very helpful in making everything go as smoothly as possible. The place is perfect for anybody who is looking for a decent area to live that has close access to many great areas of Milwaukee. Very glad that I chose to live here.

Overall great apartments |Recommended: YesMy partner and I were hesitant originally because of the reviews on Google, but we were completely blown away by how nice and lovely the staff at the front office are. The amenities are great and it is well kept. If there is ever a maintenance issue, it is resolved promptly.

Still a great place to live|Recommended: YesThis is my second review i have live here since june 2016 and gave a review september 14 ridgeview is still a great place to live peaceful ,quiet , and they keep all of there units updated and will fix anything you need repair within 24 hours.Great staff very friendly and understanding and show compassion to us. Justine is an awsome property manager she always shows concern about your unit and ask if you need anything . I have no issues with the parking, no issue with the rent increase because we have alot of amenities that alot of other locations dont have. I never get bother i dont hear my neighbors no noise. thank you ridgeview for your awsome service i know you have alot to do we appreicate you i plan on staying here until i buy my house and have recommend and even post your flyer for rent in the hospital i work at.

Dog Friendly and Good Quality|Recommended: YesThere is always parking, it's very pet-friendly, good layouts, usually always open machines in the laundry room. Although rent is kind of inconvenient to pay online with a fee don't take checks , and the air conditioner always breaks, the maintenance people are VERY prompt in doing any repairs. Overall, great place to live

Ridgeview is a quiet well groomed living community|Recommended: Yesridgeview is quiet and well groomed community. the residents are friendly and keep to themselves. I rarely hear our neighbors. Parking is a challenge. there is plenty of parking but seems to be at a premium later in the day as I feel there are many who park here who don't live in the complex. the one thing I wish we had would be a window in the living room to open instead of the patio door to get air flow in the apartment. the storage area in the basement seems far away. we are on one side of the building and our storage is on the other. not so bad as it is only storage. carpeting throughout the apartment is nice however needs to be cleaned often. a carpet cleaner would be a good investment here.
overall my wife and I love the place. nothing bad to say just small improvements.

I love this place and my neighbors |Recommended: YesRidge view is such a pleasure to live at. I live here with just myself and my 1 year old. Our neighbors are kind, friendly and helpful. Everyone is respectful in building 6 Maintenance is always here to help and fix anything I need. I feel so safe, and the price is good for a pool, gym, balcony and 2 bedroom updated apartment They also work with you well when your lease ends to meet your requirements and needs. This is such a good and perfect home for single people or families. I highly recommend Ridge View to all It has been such a pleasure to live here.

Windows air conditioner are VERY drafty. Old dated appliances, floors, tiles, counters and fixtures.|Recommended: NoLocation is nice. Office personal as of 2017 are GREAT. Requests to repair or maintain something outside of actual apartment until now has taken months to years to fix or replace. Example Dryers that don't dry well, lint catchers in dryers, workout equipment, etc. My requests for years have been ignored until 2017.
Entry rent was fine for condition of apartment. I had a cat that passed away, which lowered my rent and it was nice to get a break with the high pet cost. But as soon as lease renewal came up, my rent was raised the 30.00 extra I had to pay for my cat being here. I felt that was a low blow and was not happy about a 30.00 rent increase at all. The next year was only a 5.00 increase, so I stayed but felt I should start having improvements done in my apartment to match the rent increases. My requests were ignored.
Now in 2017 lease renewal is requested with a 25.00 rent increase AGAIN for no changes to my dated apartment. I came here for location and affordability. With this rent increase I won't be able to stay without now creating a tough financial life. I am considering moving.
Staff is wonderful now but overall I am no longer happy...

Rent increases are decided based on all community and apartment amenities offered at our community and those surrounding us. All things considered, we do our best to keep costs at a fair price to our residents while also staying competitive within the surrounding market. Although we understand you must do what is best for yourself, we want you to know that we truly do appreciate your residency with us and would love for you to stay. Love it |Recommended: YesThis is my first apartment and my first time living on my own. From the first time I viewed the apartment until the time I moved in the staff was very friendly and helpful on answering all and any of my questions. All my neighbors are nice and I feel safe when I come home at night. I never have an issue with parking. I had an issue with my AC not working and under 24 hours it was fixed Overall I'm extremely satisfied with my place

I think it s great quiet peaceful nice place to live|Recommended: YesI would tell them that its a nice place to live, that Justine is awesome person very compassion the staff is friendly and very prompt . I feel safe there new appliance , patio washer and dryer , low heat bill. nice appearance overall of the units , it doesn't smell . Friendly neighbors , walking distance to strip mall pool workout room just a all around great place to live and its reasonable
